and Sale.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. A minor may use the Site only through a parent or legal guardian who places the order and accepts these Terms.

You may not use the Site or purchase Products where doing so would violate applicable law.

Dissident creates apparel and editorial material intended to comment on political, civic, cultural, and historical subjects. Content may be confrontational, satirical, symbolic, critical, or objectionable. It is offered for lawful expressive use.

Nothing on this Site or any Product is intended as a threat, operational instruction, solicitation, agreement, or encouragement to commit violence, intimidation, harassment, property destruction, terrorism, or another unlawful act. Dissident does not endorse violence or unlawful conduct.

References to names, images, slogans, symbols, ideologies, public figures, agencies, parties, organizations, or historical events are for commentary or identification. They do not imply sponsorship, approval, affiliation, or partnership unless expressly stated.

Dissident supports lawful political and artistic expression, including expression that may receive constitutional protection against government restriction. Constitutional protections do not make unlawful conduct lawful, guarantee that every statement is protected, create immunity from civil claims, or override the terms of private payment, hosting, marketplace, carrier, or other service providers.

You remain responsible for your conduct. Dissident is not responsible for independent acts of customers or third parties merely because a person owns, wears, displays, photographs, or discusses a Product. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that applicable law places on Dissident.

Products may be offered for limited periods. Some designs may remain available, while others may be retired or replaced without a fixed release schedule. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it, and we do not guarantee that a design will remain available or return after an offering ends.

We try to present Product images, available colors and sizes, and prices accurately. Displays and production can create reasonable variations. Review the Product page and selected variant before ordering. Any preorder or unusual fulfillment estimate will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation means only that we received it. We accept an order when we expressly confirm acceptance or send shipment confirmation.

We may reject or cancel an unshipped order for legitimate reasons including unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, automated purchasing tools, an undeliverable destination, or legal/provider restrictions. If we cancel after charging you, we will issue the required refund.

You must provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information. Contact us immediately if something is incorrect; changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, and the complete order total will be displayed before purchase. We may correct an obvious error before accepting an order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Available methods may include credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize the disclosed charges.

Stripe receives payment and transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices. With hosted Stripe Checkout, Dissident does not receive or store your complete card number. A temporary authorization may appear before acceptance or shipment.

We currently ship only to deliverable addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO, FPO, and DPO destinations are not supported. Processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Drop-specific and preorder estimates shown before purchase control.

Printful dynamically selects the production facility, carrier, and service. If we cannot ship within the promised time—or, when no time is stated, within the period required by law—we will provide required delay notice and the applicable option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

You are responsible for providing a secure, complete, deliverable address. Contact elijah@dissidentclothing.co immediately about an error. Corrections are best effort and are not guaranteed once processing begins. If an incorrect or incomplete address you supplied causes rerouting, return, reprinting, or reshipment, you are responsible for the documented actual cost before replacement or reshipment, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for preference, fit, color choice, ordering mistakes, or other change-of-mind reasons.

If a Product arrives damaged, you must email elijah@dissidentclothing.co within three calendar days after the carrier tracking record shows delivery. Include the order reference and clear evidence sufficient to establish that the damage existed on arrival, including photographs of the Product, all packaging, the shipping label, and the shipping container. The customer bears responsibility for providing timely, adequate proof. Do not discard the Product or packaging and do not mail anything back unless we provide written instructions.

We will review a timely, adequately supported claim and provide the remedy required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Dissident. This policy does not limit any warranty, return, refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to waive.

Contact elijah@dissidentclothing.co if you do not recognize a charge or believe an order is incorrect. This does not waive any right to contact your issuer. We may provide accurate order, acceptance, communication, delivery, and refund records when responding to a dispute.

Knowingly making a false payment dispute or using a payment method without authorization violates these Terms and may violate law.

You may not use automation to interfere with checkout, overwhelm the Site, evade fraud controls, or use fraudulent identities or payment methods.

Unless stated otherwise, Products are offered for personal use and ordinary lawful resale only. Unaffiliated resellers may not imply Dissident sponsorship or authorization.

You may not use the Site to violate law or rights; threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, discriminate, or dox; facilitate violence or unlawful acts; submit malware or bypass security; commit fraud; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; unlawfully collect personal data; or submit defamatory, unlawfully threatening, sexually exploitative, or otherwise illegal material.

We may use reasonable security and anti-fraud measures and suspend access or cancel unaccepted orders associated with violations.

The Site, branding, layout, photographs, text, graphics, software, and original Product designs are owned by or licensed to Dissident Clothing Co. and protected by applicable laws. We grant a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license for personal shopping and informational use.

Buying a Product does not grant a right to reproduce, manufacture, distribute, tokenize, commercially exploit, or create merchandise from its design. “DISSIDENT” and associated source identifiers may not be used to imply affiliation without written permission.

The Site uses independent providers including Stripe for payment, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Printful for production and fulfillment, delivery carriers, and social networks. These providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or operation except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Our Privacy Notice describes personal-information practices and the browser storage used to preserve a local shopping cart.

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent Product availability, or identical color rendering. Products remain covered by express descriptions and nonwaivable consumer protections. To the fullest lawful extent, other implied warranties are disclaimed.

Site commentary is expressive or informational material, not legal, political-campaign, safety, or professional advice and not an instruction to act. Jurisdictional restrictions apply to all disclaimers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dissident Clothing Co. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from the Site, an order, or a Product.

To the fullest lawful extent, aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the Product or order giving rise to the claim or US $100.

These limitations do not cover liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, applicable statutory product liability, or mandatory consumer remedies. They do not excuse Dissident’s own unlawful conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Dissident Clothing Co. against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the Site or material violation of these Terms. For consumers, this applies only where applicable law permits it.

We may suspend Site access for fraud, security threats, material or repeated violations, or where law or a provider requires it. Termination does not eliminate accrued rights or obligations. Provisions that logically should survive will survive.

Before filing a non-urgent claim, contact elijah@dissidentclothing.co with identifying information, a description, and the requested resolution. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days without extending filing deadlines unless agreed.

Applicable law governs these Terms and any dispute. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of a mandatory protection, remedy, or forum available under applicable law. No arbitration agreement or class-action waiver is included.

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date, with material notice where required. The version affirmatively accepted with an order ordinarily governs that purchase. We will not impose a retroactive material change where consent is required.

These Terms, checkout disclosures, and the Shipping & Returns Policy form the purchase agreement. Product-specific disclosures control a direct conflict. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the lawful maximum and the remainder continues.

Failure to enforce is not waiver. Assignment, force-majeure, and third-party-right provisions remain subject to mandatory notices, cancellation rights, refunds, and consumer law.
