Dissident retains order-related records, uses service providers to complete purchases and fulfillment, and does not receive or store complete card numbers through hosted Stripe Checkout.

Information we collect
Order-related information may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, Product and variant selections, order status, damage-claim or support correspondence, transaction identifiers, policy acceptance, and fulfillment records. The browser stores the current cart on your device. Cloudflare may process device, network, request, security, traffic, and performance information to deliver, protect, and measure the Site. Hosted Stripe Checkout means Dissident does not receive or store complete card numbers.
How we use information
We use order-related information to process payments and orders; send orders to production; arrange delivery; provide support; review damage-on-arrival claims; prevent fraud; secure the Site; maintain accounting, tax, donation, dispute, and legal records; and comply with law.
How we disclose information
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and order-record storage; Stripe processes checkout and payments; Printful receives order and recipient details needed to produce and fulfill Products; and delivery carriers receive details needed to deliver packages. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale.
Sale and targeted advertising
The current Site does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use advertising pixels. This Notice will be updated before any materially different advertising or data-sharing practice is introduced.
Cookies, local storage, and current analytics
The Site stores the shopping cart in the browser’s local storage so it can persist between visits on that device. Stripe, Cloudflare, and other providers may use essential technologies under their own privacy notices to provide checkout, security, delivery, and basic traffic or performance measurement. Cloudflare currently injects its browser-insights analytics beacon. The Site does not currently deploy Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or optional advertising cookies.
Retention
Dissident may retain order-related records for as long as applicable law permits, including indefinitely, to maintain fulfillment, support, accounting, tax, donation, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legal records. Service providers may retain information under their own policies and legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data handled. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected compromise to elijah@dissidentclothing.co.
Your choices and rights
You may email elijah@dissidentclothing.co to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We will honor applicable rights, but may retain information that applicable law requires or permits us to keep, including records reasonably needed for completed transactions, accounting, tax, donations, fraud prevention, security, disputes, legal claims, or protection of rights. A deletion request cannot require an independent provider to erase information that it lawfully retains under its own obligations.
Children
This is a general-audience store and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Orders by minors must be placed by a parent or legal guardian.
International visitors
Information may be processed in the United States and locations where providers operate. Jurisdiction-specific transfer disclosures will be added before intentionally targeting customers outside the United States.
Changes and contact
