For every purchase, regardless of size, Dissident Clothing Co. donates an amount equal to 20% of the order's net profit. Those donations are accumulated from orders each month and batched into payments to a child sex trafficking rehabilitation organization.
The commitment
Every order of every size is included. The allocation is automatic: customers do not need to select an option, enter a code, or increase their order total. Dissident commits an amount equal to 20% of net profit from each order and batches the resulting donations once monthly.
For each monthly giving batch, we total the merchandise and customer-paid shipping amounts actually received from every order included in that month after discounts, refunds, and chargebacks. We then subtract only actual, documented, objectively measurable costs: direct per-order costs such as garments, printing, fulfillment, outbound shipping, and payment processing, together with a limited set of hard monthly expenses actually paid, such as advertising or essential storefront services. Taxes collected for a government are not treated as revenue.
We do not reduce the calculation through percentage-based overhead allocations, projected expenses, hypothetical losses, imputed owner or employee labor, or other abstract accounting models. Every deduction must be supported by a real invoice, receipt, provider statement, or payment record.
Where the support goes
The recipient is a Christian organization in the Midwest that operates a full live-in, campus-style rehabilitation and restoration program. It accepts state, federal, and other referrals of girls ages 14–18 who have been rescued from sex trafficking and provides holistic residential care.
Why the organization is not named
Dissident’s relationship with the organization is indirect and unofficial. Because Dissident makes controversial political statements, we do not publish the organization’s name, location, or identifying details. This boundary protects its privacy, its work, and the safety of the children living on site.
Why we support this work
Dissident Clothing Co.'s leadership has a personal relationship with the organization and strongly believes in the efficacy of its work, its residential model, and the holistic-Christian care it provides to these girls that desperately need healing. Dissident does not claim to be the organization’s affiliate, partner, agent, or authorized representative, and does not imply that the organization endorses Dissident or its statements. A purchase from Dissident is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable contribution.
